Elaboration: Manufactured using the variety listán black, the traditional method, macerate for 6 days at 25 º and raised thereafter for 6 months in French oak barrels and American. Fruits red and black pepper, listán characteristic of a black nose, all in conjunction with good wood.
The winery VIÑATIGO born in 1990 in Tenerife as the baton to a wine of great family tradition, incorporating the most modern techniques and suitable equipment which have enabled the large projection that currently characterizes wines VIÑATIGO. The winery is VIÑATIGO example of symbiosis between wine and volcano, evident from the different areas of tasting, upbringing and aging that you can visit. VIÑATIGO reflected in the architecture of their cellar two aspects that characterize it: tradition and modernity, combining the architectural elements of the Canary Islands with modern materials and forms. The most modern technological equipment along with rigorous controls, allow transform raw materials into an extraordinary wines of the highest quality.
